Oregon Senator Lew Fredrick to Speak

2:00 PM Saturday July 18

As a prelude to the main week of NPYM's Annual Session (July 22-26), Oregon State Senator Lew Frederick will speak at a specially scheduled virtual meeting. He will address racial justice activism within the spiritual context of Quakerism and why we need to make our stand known.

This will take place at 2:00 PM on Saturday July 18 just prior to the main week of Annual Session. Several Interest Groups on racial justice will be held both before and after this talk. You can register for these below if you do not plan to attend the main part of Annual Session. Otherwise go here to register for Annual Session. Details for all of this are still being developed.
