DEFINTION: Assist the General Arrangements Clerk in order to learn the job and be prepared for the next year.

  • Prepares a report / evaluation for the Assistant General Arrangement’s file. A copy shall be sent to the Gen. Arrangements Clerk before August 21. The report should include information about what worked and didn’t work and any suggestions for change.

  • Sort through the materials you have in the Assistant Gen. Arrangement’s clerks file and give the entire file to the Gen. Arrangement Clerk prior to August 21.


EXPENSES AND TRAVEL: Reimbursement is provided for office expenses (copies, postage, long distance phone calls) needed to carry out the responsibilities of this office. "Travel expense is reimbursed according to the NPYM travel reimbursement policy. Submit these to the NPYM treasurer, with receipts prior to August 21. Indicate that these are AS expenses. Annual session financial books close on September 1.
