Throughout the program please use your  TAB key    to move from one item to the next on a page.

The   ENTER key  behaves differently with different browsers.   At this point we expect it either to act like a Tab key or to do nothing (if it does something else in your browser, please let the developers know).

Your browser's  BACK button  probably will not do what you want.  One of the most common user problems seems to be using it and arriving at the new person, or new family page, thinking it would allow editing already-entered data, thus ending up with too many of the same person or family.

Please use the Navigation buttons provided on each page, instead.


Many find this system easy and fast to use. Don't spend hours in frustration. If it doesn't come easily for you, remember the paper process still works, and/or the Registrar would be happy to help and thereby learn how to improve the program.
